Losing Weight Tastefully

     Everyone hates to hear the four letter word DIET.  Wow I hate that word.  That word means horrible food, a lot of exercise, and even more fatigue.  As if a day is not packed enough.  I wanted to try an experiment and found that it worked incredibly on 3 different people.  They even laughed at me when I told them what to do since they had told me that they want to lose weight, but couldn't stand diet food.  I told them about a smoothie diet that I read about and tried.  I gave them the information and in 3 weeks I could tell a difference and so could everyone else.  After 2 months they lost 25 pounds a piece.  This information can be found at DrinkYourWayToHealthDeliciously .  This site has incredible recipes and you will save money while loosing weight.  The only hardware you need is a blender.
      A few points that must be brought to the front are:
  • Fruit is undeniably the best nutrient provider for a human body.
  • Fruit and yogurt are proven to cut calories and and weight naturally. 
  • A true dieter needs to give a natural weight-loss a chance, you will save a significant amount of money and set an example for the other people in your life
     Weight-loss is delicious with natural fruit and a little yogurt.  Something else I have been turned on to is Green Tea.  This stuff is loaded with anti-oxides.  Green Tea is crammed with the stuff your body needs to cleans itself.  It can get expensive though.  That is why my family makes their own.  There are many recipes out there, but the ones in this book are simple to follow and taste great.  MakeYourOwnGreenTea will give you step by step instructions on how to do this.  Let me tell you now, you will save a ton of money making it yourself.  The combination of these two body cleansing systems is a power house to your body.  You will have more energy and loose weight naturally.
                These delicious looking drinks are very easy to make and are very inexpensive.  Just a little natural fruit, a little low fat yogurt, ice, and a blender.  You are on your way to making thousands of delicious concoctions that will surely get you looking and feeling healthier immediately.  A couple of my favorite recipe's are: 
  • Banana Split : Half of a Banana, 3 tbs of low fat yogurt, 1/2 cup of ice. Blend pour and enjoy, Garnish with diced banana.
  • Strawberry Delight: 5 Strawberries, 5 Blueberries, 3 tbs Low Fat Yogurt, 1/2 cup ice, Blend pour and enjoy,  Garnish with a strawberry on the rim of the glass.  Just push that baby right down on there.
  • Blackberry Bayou: 7-10 Blackberries, 2 strawberries, 1/4 banana, 2 tbs Low fat yogurt, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup ice, Blend and Serve, Garnish with a Pineapple wedge.      
              These are some of the best tasting smoothies I have come up with that really leave you filling full and also are a delicious way to loose weight fast.  I am not saying to stop eating real food at all.  Reward yourself ever so often when you reach milestones.  That is what life is all about.  The simple delicious desires of life.  What better than natural.  Thank you for reading and I will be posting some more naturally delicious ways that are incredible weight loss recipes.
