It appears that The Government is having difficulties getting established.  They still have not appointed the heads of the last 3 ministries.  This in concern with the people rioting in the streets, and eating out of dumpsters can not be good.  One would think with all the heads of gov. over there they would be able to figure this thing out.  Now they are talking about postponing the naming of the heads of ministries until after the arab summit.  That can not reflect good on them with the Iraqi people.  The summit will be hosted by the Iraqi (GOI).  So how will all of this look to the other nations with people eating trash and rioting.   I would think that they would want to R/V and atleast save face and help there own people out.  As I believe the R/V will not completely solve all of the problems such as electricity, and water, I do believe it would atleast allow the Iraqi people to eat.  It seems that the governments problems are all selfish ones.  They are over there arguing over which ministers will get how much in pay.  Well those ministers get to go home and eat well.  The people as a whole are starving and by there own display of rioting I would say they have had enough.  Hopefully the people of Iraq will put the pressure on the government to atleast R/V instead of doing nothing.  My thoughts.
